About
As a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Yoga Therapist (trauma informed), Mindfulness teacher, and with more than 30 years of experience in social services, I use a collaborative and interactive approach in my work. I have a unique skill set that combines my experience, training, and education in order to take a whole person view, body, mind, and heart, within trauma work.

I work alongside individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties including trauma, occupational stress injury, moral injury, anger, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. I draw upon skills from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR and evidence informed trauma theory, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I am a skills based therapist who shares tools, resources, and strategies to build capacity for meaningful change.
